Phillip Masters or The Puppet Master is a artist villian that first appeared in Puppet Master.He is the father of Alicia Masters. He is voiced by Alvin Sanders.

The puppet Master has brown skin with a dark purple tattoo from his right arm to the side of his head. He wears a light beige coloured t-shirt with a white apron.
PersonalityEdit
Phillip is cruel and would do anything for her daughter and to make sure she is safe from harm. He would go to any limits to get what he wants including the destruction of the Fantastic Four.
Powers & Abilities Edit
Since a part of the irrated peice of metal from the Space Station fell into orbit and crashed onto the beach, the clay that the puppet master uses can take control of the actions of the person when in correct shape.
